​How to Belly Breathe (also called, Diaphragmatic breathing, or Slow Deep Breathing)
1. Keep your spine straight.
2. Push your belly out while keeping your chest and shoulders still.
3. Breathe slowly through your nose.
4. Flatten your belly slowly to breathe out through your nose or mouth.
